Back in early 1996, the internet started to make headway into people's homes. At the same time, our founder, Ezer LG Ratchaga, graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Computer Science. Ezer, fresh from college, took up a system analyst position with Motorola, Malaysia.

Recognizing that the internet will be the largest revolution the world has ever witnessed, Ezer, equipped with his meager $500 monthly check, quickly started several services on the internet.

It was then that Astro-Space.com, a hosting service was formed. Astro-Space became an instant overnight success as it offered highly competitive pricing and good support.

As the internet matures, and people are starting to actually trust their credit cards to various merchants online, competition became intense. Realizing that, Ezer, quickly maneuvered his company into the Business 2 Business model.

Thus, in 1997, Ezer build Free-Banners.com, the web's most powerful free ad network, that works to build traffic for small business owners. At the time, Free-Banners works so much better than the other alternatives on the web, that it took off like a rocket, shooting pass all it's competitors save the top 2 giants! Today, Free-Banners continues to grow at phenomenal rate and we believe it will soon become the TOP ad network in the world.

Back in late 1996, Ezer also was lucky enough to find a 15 year old computer whiz kid, Andy Koh. He quickly trained and helped Andy focus his energies into creating useful services and developing his skills further in line with web technologies.

By the year 2000, Ezer has already consolidated all his websites and services into a parent company named, yes, you guessed it - EzerNet.

Year 2000 was the year that EzerNet became financially stable and are able to bring in more employees. As EzerNet has grown at 10x since 1996, Ezer believes that he can continue to grow his company by a factor of 10x for the next several years.

Today, EzerNet will be focusing it's energies in developing 3 core markets - B2B, B2C and C2C, with priorities with B2B for the next 3 years.At EzerNet, we create technology and services for the future society!
