Ezer LG Ratchaga has founded several high profile websites on the net since Cyberspace began to expand in our daily lives. When he graduated from Iowa State University of Science and Technology in early 1996, Ezer saw the potential of the Internet and started Astro-Space.com, the first international hosting company providing affordable web servers.

In 1997, the successful Free-Banners.com was born. Free-Banners identified several needed improvements over existing ad networks and introduced the world's first service that allows small business owners to quickly build and retain their traffic flow. Some websites subscribing to Free-Banners have recorded over 10,000% growth. Today, Free-Banners interconnects a network of 80,000 websites and is ranked the Web's 3rd largest Free Advertising Network.

Not satisfied with how the web works, Ezer launched the first web portal with the intention of re-distributing the wealth of the internet, by giving back to the individual consumer when he or she views an ad, reads emails, get online or purchases something on the internet. 

Thus, AllCommunity.com came about. Although at the time, there were a few other websites with similar intentions, AllCommunity became the first to build a pool of web surfers from all corners of planet Earth, forming a formidable army of shoppers demanding a role in shaping services in new Internet markets that will only grow—to the trillions! Within 3 months of launch, PCDataOnline ™ recorded AllCommunity as one of the top 500 sites on the net, with over 11,000,000 page views/month.

By early 2000, Ezer has successfully nurtured his fledgling company into a real Internet player. From an original $100/month budget, he has grown his company by a factor of ten for 3 years in a row! Today, EzerNet, Inc., has over a dozen powerful sites under its wing, and is working on a dozen more. Some of these include:

• WebMasterDigest.com - the web's premiere E-zine for online small business owners.
• CyberMalaysia.com - Malaysia's first true online portal, launched in 1996, at a time when most of Malaysia was still wondering what the Web was all about. 
• JobsMalaysia.com - Malaysia's first fully automated Job Center.
• HotMerchant.com - An e-commerce enabler providing credit card services to business.
